By placing a booking through our Website, phone or via email, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least over 18 years old.
Reservations
CC reservation team will make every effort to assist you. We will strive to exceed all expectations at all times.
All prices quoted are in GBP, with hire starting from our office / drivers home and finishing at the drop off point except those hires to or from various destinations and estimated return times or those that are the subject of a fixed charge.
To obtain a quote or make a booking through our booking team you are required to provide us full contact details, full name, contact number and email address, pick up and drop off locations, pick up time, locations for pick up and drop off.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to CC approval, occasionally errors may occur where online maps & quotes are calculated incorrectly, where an error is made, and a booking is quoted incorrectly, CC maintains the right to refund or cancel bookings placed at the incorrect price. If the booking has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, CC shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price or where unsuitable issue a full refund.
CC are not responsible for typographical errors and we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published in our brochures and websites. The documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. CC makes no representation about the suitability of the information and graphics represented on this site. All documents and graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

All quotes are valid for UK travel only. If you require to travel to Europe, please call our reservations team. All bookings scheduled between 23:30pm – 04:30am are subject to 50% additional charges.
Bookings do not allow for public and bank holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve where 50% additional charges will apply.
Refunds offered will be to the full amount paid excluding bank/credit card charges.
Single & Return Journeys
All bookings including personal, business and any sport events such Wimbledon Tennis, Ascot, Rugby, Football or any Major Event will be charged as follows: a waiting time from drop off till pickup time plus car park charges.
· Charged from when the driver leaves his/her home until he/she return home. Charges will be for full hours only and not parts of hours.
· The minimum charge is 4 hours. Every effort will be made to locate a driver within your local area & certainly within 30mins travel time. (or will we just charge a max 30mins each way for the driver anyway regardless)
· Your vehicle must be in a road worthy condition and have a current MOT (if required), road tax and enough fuel for the intended return journey.
· Your vehicle must have fully comprehensive insurance for your driver arranged before your journey. The driver will be required to confirm this beforehand.
· It would be preferable to have full breakdown and recovery cover for the vehicle and driver. Details of this should be in the vehicle.
· It is not the driver’s responsibility to pay for fuel, tolls, congestion charges, airport drop off/pick up, or any parking, from his own pocket. If your vehicle requires refueling, tolls or parking during your journey, then payment must be made immediately on your return to the driver. (It is preferable for you to provide a suitable payment method, should the driver have to refuel your vehicle. I.E., ‘card’ or cash). Congestion charging is payable by you, prior to your journey and we can advise on this, should it be required.
· An accurate time should be given for arrival at your property and when you expect to leave it. It is preferable that an approximate time be given for your return as well.
· The driver is not responsible for any lateness due to heavy, slow traffic or any accidents encountered on the journey. Provide us full contact details, full name, contact number and email address, pick up and drop off locations, pick up times, locations for pick up and drop off.
· Overnight driver stays are subject to a subsistence charge of £60.00 per driver. Accommodation required for the driver will be your responsibility to arrange.
· Quotations for airport collections include flight tracking, Meet & Greet, car park fees and waiting time of up to 45 minutes from when the aircraft starts to disembark the passengers. If waiting time exceeds 45 minutes then we will charge £20 per hour pro rata which includes additional car parking fees.
· All bookings that have the driver working between 23:30pm – 05:30am are subject to a 50% additional hourly charge.
· Bookings on public and bank holidays such as Christmas Eve between 18:00pm to 00:00am , Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday. A 50% additional hourly charge will apply.
· The driver will require a rest stop after 3 hours of continuous driving of 15 mins.
· Should you require drop off / collection at any airport, please provide full details of the flight No. and terminal prior to your journey.
· Drivers will not carry unaccompanied children under 16 years of age.
Payments
All charges specified herein, and in the current tariff published by the Company, are payable in advance except for where the client has a credit account or a credit card pre-approved by CC. The credit or debit card you provide when making the booking will be charged for any additional charges e.g. waiting time, parking charges.
Credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 2% surcharge. Debit cards have NO surcharge.
All quotes are exclusive of 20% VAT unless specifically stated otherwise, your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges. The charge on your credit/debit card statement will be shown as RMJ Majestic Services Ltd.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy
All bookings (excluding wedding related bookings) cancellations or amendments must be made and acknowledged by CC, 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Otherwise, CC reserves the right to charge for the full amount (Full Day). This also applies to bookings that are made under 12 hours of the pickup time.
For wedding related booking 7 days’ notice must be provided to cancel wedding bookings. If wedding cancellations are made within 7 days 50% of the booking fee will be charged. If wedding cancellations are made less than 48 hours of the booking date the full amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made and acknowledged by CC 12 hours before the booking is scheduled, CC will refund full amount charged to the debit or credit card used to make the booking. Please note credit card charges are not refundable.
You accept responsibility to protect our vehicle from damage, specifically by third parties while parked at any venue but also generally during the course of the hire. This will include mitigation for damage and consequential loss caused by vinyls or items attached to the vehicle.
The Hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused inside or outside the vehicle by the Hirer or any member of his / her party how ever caused. This includes incitement to ANY third party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents. The Hirer will agree to be liable for the total retail cost of the repair, and the location of the repairer will be determined by the Company. In addition the Hirer will be liable to pay the Company a fixed daily rate (determined by the Company) while the vehicle is out of commission for such repairs, plus any further incurred losses i.e. by lost bookings. Subject to the volume of damages incurred legal charges may be issued and the Police will be informed immediately.
Multiple Vehicle Bookings
Bookings involving two or more vehicles or multi-day hire less than 7 days and more than 24 hours’ notice a 50% cancellation charge for each vehicle will be applied. Less than 24 hours’ notice 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
No Show Policy
If the customer fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made and a confirmation was sent out, all monies paid will be non-refundable. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage not stated in advance which, in the opinion of the chauffeur, amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried.
Our chauffeurs will drive at reasonable speeds according to their judgement of the prevalent road conditions and traffic conditions at the time. When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed, travel by the route which is, in the chauffeur’s opinion, the best and most convenient, unless a specific route is requested at the time of booking’.
Fitness To Travel
Any passenger who is considered to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a risk or threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle or other passengers, may be refused travel. Our standard cancellation policy will apply.
